Shopkeeper took my scooty key after I had parked it in front of shop

20-Feb-2025 (In Criminal Law)
I had parked my scooty infront of a shop but had work in the next shop, when I was taking things out of the seat storage area, I forgot to take out my key. When I came back in around 5 mins and attempted to find it, I couldn't find it, and it put me in distress, after checking my pockets and the under seat storage wich was unlocked, so I checked thoroughly but couldn't find it. Then I asked the shopkeeper if someone had taken it, he said no. Later another person callad me and said he had it.
