Sexual intercourse with 7 year old how to file case

Sir..the fact of the case is that one principal of missionery school influence his student gal age 7yrs and have sexual intercourse with child and recorded video clip and stored in his own tablet mobile. What is the appropriate section of law for registering FIR. .?
While registering FIR mentioning of appropriate sections is not required. But in this case section 376 of Indian Penal Code and section of POCSO Act will definitely come. The job of registering the FIR is of Police and Police will insert the relevant provisions of law. In these kind of cases FIR has to register at the earliest.
