Hello, In this case, you may register an FIR against them and have your father medically examined at a Government hospital. The medical report issued by the hospital regarding the injuries will be annexed with the FIR. Once the FIR is registered, the police will conduct an investigation and thereafter file a charge sheet before the court, following which the trial proceedings will commence.

injuries(maar pitai) ki medical(MLR) karwao Govt. hospital ya CHC se, FIR darj karwao. Police Investigation ke baad court case. Maar pitai kr serious allegation me jail bhi ho skti hai depending on MLR.

Police Station me written complaint dijiye aur un sections ka zikr karke FIR register karne ko kahiye. 2. Father ka MLR (Medico-Legal Report) hospital se banwayi jaye, ye sabse strong proof hoga. 3. Agar police FIR nahi likhti, to Sec. 175 CrPC (Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) ke tahat Magistrate ke samne application de kar order karwa sakte ho. 4.
