Q: About loan emi default and cheque bounce

Hello I have loan account with electronica finance and they said your guarantor cheque was bounce and we have warrant if three emi not paid in next three days we will warrant issued and but guarantor account is blocked and no notice she got and after call he send me notice in WhatsApp and date is of 30 August 2025

The financier must have asked you to pay the emi before approaching the guarantor. in case you failed, then they approached the guarantor. it is the correct way. or financier can get the mortgaged property auctioned.the matter regarding the loan recovery is civil in nature so police cannot arrest until criminal allegations of fraud etc are involved and the cheque bounce case is a criminal matter but police are not involved in it but only court can act in such matters until fraud allegations are leveled and police complaint registered.I think financier/recovery agents are trying to intimidate you with arrest or they have no security/property.

ek likhit me darkhast apne area ke SP ko bhejo. Darkhast kisi vakil se likhwa kar bhejna kyonki aage case me kaam ayegi. Agr fir bhi police koi karyavahi na kare to vakil se court me case karwa do. court karyavahi karwayegi.

Q: Married in Nov 2025, now wife doesn't wants to stay with my mother

I married in Nov 2025. Currently residing in Gurgaon for my work with my wife who is a housewife and has ZERO income. My house is in Kolkata. My mother comes in summer around march and leaves for kolkata in winters after Diwali. My wife is pregnant now (1 month) but she doesn't want to stay with my mother. She said when mother comes she would like to go back to her father's house and when mother leaves she would come back again to stay with me. There has been no conflict but still facing this

it does not fall in matrimonial disputes. you must communicate with your wife regarding the issue and resolve the matter and if needed involve some close family members to make her understand.As she is pregnant and in the near future you are to take help of your mother, without which it is very difficult to upbring the child on your own.elders especially mother father (grand-parents) proved to be blessings of God in upbringing grandchildren.So, you need to talk and make your wife realise the point. Don't stress her as she is pregnant.

Q: Cyber financial fraud of around 24 lakh rupees

Based on an advertisement in which fin minister,infosys Narayan murty n Wion English news channel recommending govt backed AI driven stock trading I registered and my account was opened in so called stock broker company where on the platform my ,buying selling of IPO shares ,MF was visible .On IPO allotments as subscription on different days I transferred around 24 L in accounts given by them .Now no response .I registered complaint on 1930 ,amouts have been frozen.How to claim frozen amt ?

follow the police investigation process. Either the police will get the amount revert to your account or applied in the concerned court for revert the money where police will reply and you came to know the stage of police process.
