Sexual assaul on false promise of marriage

i m hindu girl and a muslim boy commit a promise to me that he will marry me nd has sexual relation now more than after 2 years he denied.nd he got married 8 month back with another girl he always convince me that he will dovorce her nd after divorce he will marry me he cheated me for 2.5 yrs now his wife is 8 month pregnent .i was in misconception.he ruined my life i filed a case against him he spend a montj in jail now he is on bail i want to what is my rights
Per se you have no right to force the person to marry you. But you can file a complaint under section 376 IPC for rape on the ground of cheating which I am presuming you have already done. Your best option right now is to proceed with the criminal trail as quickly as you can. In the event that the person who is accused tries to pressure you or threaten you in anyway you can move an application for cancellation of his bail.
