Sex based on false promise of marriage

Hi. I'm 27 years.. me and my boyfriend are in physical relationship..2+ years ..he promised me to marry after 2 years .now he is settled down and saying me that we are not going long in this relationship so we have to breakup..and said u have to accept this that we are not in this relationship anymore for his parents..now I'm in critical condition that...my parents are not with me they are leaving me no one there to help me for this.what do for this problem please suggest me.can I take legal action against him.

Your physical relationship with the guy was consensual and he never had physical contact with you without your consent. Moreover, such relationship lasted for more than 2 years. So, you cannot take any legal action against him.

You knew that you are allowing him despite the fact that you both were not a married couple.
