Sir mere khilaaf jhuta 420 ka case hua hai FIR nae hua bas private criminal complaint hua hai toh mujhe summon agar ayega toh kon layega police official ki court authority or agar summon date court jati hun toh bhi bail krana padega

according to law main aapko batana chahta hun ki agar Court Samman karti hai aur case Agar register 420 of IPC mein hua hai to aap Kisi acche Vakil ko Karke summon ke date per Bail petition file kar sakte hain, Court aapko bail bhi de Agar normal allegation hoga to aapko Bail mail sakta hai.
