Selling gutkha and khaini should go to jail or pay fine

Hello sir/madam I have paan shop in which I used to sale khaini and gutkha suddenly some policemen took my all material of tobacco and put me on petty case should I make Challan or go to jail
No need to go to jail. police have no rightbor authority to seize gutkha or khaini. it's only good safety authority who can seize them. nothing to worry. you can file quash petition in high court. no need to pay challan.
