Sell the company assets in dubai and come back to India

Hi, One of my friend was in dubai and they work in some plant. They sell the some asset of company worth rupees 10Cr over 2-3 years. One of them surrendered and he mentions my friend's name also. But my friend leave the country and come back to India. Now FIR is registered in dubai. What should he do.
