Due to negligence of Branch manager, management made FIR against BM, BROKERS and cashier for fraud documentation, payment to brokers
how can i quash my name (CLERK) in FIR.
you have to approach the jurisdictional high court for getting your name quashed in fir and for that you have to approach with clean hands and as early, otherwise approaching is waste of time ,consult advocate and discuss about it

We need to approach High Court and quash the entire as you dont have any role to play in the commission of crime. But first you need to apply for Anticipatory Bail to avoid arrest by police. I need to look at FIR and Complaint.

If you are sure that the FIR does not prima-facie attribute any overt act against you, you can go up before the high court to quash the matter against you.
Further you can file a discharge petition before the magistrate before whom the case is pending.
But you will need to state categorically that you have nothing to do with the alleged offense and that there is no direct allegation against you in the complaint.
