Section 209BNS Imposed after failing to appear in respective court

Hi I didn't appear for the case proceedings since 2011 case is wrongful created but it's the law and after appeared for almost 14 years no one is appeared for witness questioning except police officer not INvestigated due to some personal issues I didn't appered.What will be the way forward.

Since you did not appear in proceedings since 2011 and there was a proclamation issued under Section 84 of BNSS, 2023, you may have been declared a proclaimed offender. If so, you should immediately surrender before the court and file an application to recall the proclamation by providing valid reasons for your non-appearance. If no strong evidence exists, you may also seek quashing before the High Court. Since no other witnesses have been examined except for the police officer, you can challenge the prosecution’s case due to lack of evidence.
