Hello sir..Im an jeweller.... Would like to ask what precautions shall v take before we purchase old gold . To avoid being harassed by police in the event of theft or robbery .. they threaten to book under sec 411-412.. suggest right procedure to purchase gold without bill .. standard format or precautions to b taken
hi first of all section 411 of IPC only applies to cases where stolen property is being sold and of you are selling legal property then if the police are filing any cases against you then you could file quash petition
