1.statement under CRPC 313 is completed. Complement wants to increase the period of court procedure time what should he do in that situation?
2. Investigation don't done properly what can complement do in that situation?
3 Public procicuter misguiding the client. Can he chane the PP now?
As the statement under Section 313 is filed, all that is left if final arguments of the criminal case, and the same is at the very fag end.
Complainant cannot change the Public Prosecutor. The Public Prosecutor is a public officer, a state appointee and an officer of the court.
The Complainant can however apply for intervention urgently given that the matter is at such an advanced stage.
Any greviances about conduct of investigation may be addressed in the course of arguments. Reliefs if refused by thd concerned court then, an application my be filed to High Court under Section 482. However, given the time lag it would require very persuasive advocacy skills to succeed. If that also fails, appeal and revision remian the only remedy, but that too would not be maintainable at the behest of the Complainant.
