File a writ petition in Delhi high court. All the documents which you have filed it with the writ petition. If the court is satisfied with the arguments, the court will direct the school not to discriminate with your son in any manner whatsoever. Without Court order the school will not take any action. So make you your mind, consult with any lawyer who deals with these kind of cases. Revert me if you have any further query. Best of luck

You can make a complaint, to the Director of Education and Education Minister.
Second, you can also make a police complaint against the school, on the basis of discrimination.

School has no right to ask to provide such proof of IQ Level, it is sheer negligence and harassment of school.
