school confiscating the phone and refusing to return it back

The school has confiscated my phone and is saying they will not return it to me it's been 4 days an they aren'y listening, we have told then that we'll file and fir against them but they still arent returning back the phone.

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my phone back or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

How many times will u post the same question ! ? U need to hire an expert advocate who will issue a legal notice to school ! This is the only option at the stage following by a suit ! Just by posting question will not help u .. thanks
