Road Accident FIR under Sec IPC 338.

Dear Advocates,
An IPC 338 case is running in the court against me. It's in trail phase. Primary Witness including cross examine by my Advocate done. Yet to complete P.W 2/3/4.
When I ask doubts my Advocate, he is not telling clearly & behaving vaguely. So im worried now. In case my advocate failed to prove no guilt from my side which is fact, then what should be next process?
Will it possible to get bail for whole imprisonment ?
Will it be an impact to get H1B, and VISA for other countries?
There will be impacted in your Visa processing and also if judgement is imprisonment then your bail chances are less and if u want apply parol same like after imprisonment you have to wait for one year speak to ur advocate what is going on or change the advocate
