Rising trend of cases of rape on false promise of marriage

I had a physical relationship with a lady in body massage center in November 2024. They were running brothel disguised as massage center. She took my number too and was calling & texting me for repeated visits. I blocked her in January. I visited this center only twice in November. Its been 5 months since I visited that place. Can this lady file rape on false promise of marriage case
