What are the requirements for restraining order for harrasment? IPC 367(2)nOther party has bribe the Investigation officer and she is harrassing my family and demanding money also telling us that they will put us in jail because my brother has left the city we don't know where he is !? nWe want take restraining order against Police and that girl for stop harrassing us
