respected sir, sections ipc 323and 341 rw 34, have been filed on me and my other 2 friends,during my study days, and they got settled before lokadalath court, and we all 3 got govt job in state agricultural department, is there chances to terminate us based on this record. We have obtained lokadalath clearance certificate and police clearance certificate does it effect us?, and I have started preparing for upsc civil services in order to achieve my dream,do I eligible for that? What should I do and I'm not getting any idea and I have been disturbing my preparation with this negative taught. Kindly I request you sir to help me and address me how to. Deal with it.

since case is settled before lok Adalat, then there will be no criminal case nor criminal history on any of accused. you can apply for UPSC and also qualify in the said exam without any problem whatsoever
