Resign director forcefully break the lock and entered the office

Our company resign director will brake the lock and enter my office , when i go to lodge the complained to police station ,ACP office , CP office, DCP office, nobody see my matter and every body told me to go the court. Then i file 156(3) but court order 202. Now what i do .

You can Proceed with 202. Your lawyer will conduct matter. Even though there is no FIR. You can proceed private complaint. Matter will be held up by Court instead of police and all. So don't worry. You have solution in your hand.

You mean, the person you accused was a former director ? Ok, this is a crime to break open your lock, but now, since the magistrate has passed an order u/s 202 Cr P C, to you have to wait. Magistrates have full discretion in passing such orders.
