FIR registered u/s 323 & 506 due to false domestic violence complaint. If I take police station bail now, will I have to take separate bail in court once the case is admitted?

Hi, if the FIR has been registered against you , you have to apply for anticipatory bail in court ..the police cannot give you bail as section 506 is a non-bailable offence .. Apply anitcipatory bail before court

If the case is admitted than you can give a separate bail from court.
Because in any fIR only court give the bail. In domestic violence complaint no need to take bail. Only you appear in the court through advocate is saficent.
