Dear Rajeev, I understand the gravity of your situation and the mental distress you are going through. If you are facing physical or mental torture or threats to life, please immediately approach the nearest police station and file a written complaint under Sections 323, 506, and 509 IPC, or any other applicable provision depending on the facts. You can also approach the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) online or at their Delhi office for immediate intervention. If you feel unsafe at home or workplace, seek protection under Section 149 CrPC by submitting a written request to the SHO for preventive action. I strongly suggest you keep records of every incident, including messages, calls, or witnesses. Your safety is the first priority—contact the local police helpline (112) or NHRC helpline for urgent help. Once you are secure, we can proceed legally against those responsible for violating your rights.

Dear Mr. Rajeev Shama, As per your query regarding the severe violations and distress you are experiencing. I understand that you are in a very difficult situation, facing mental and physical torture and living in fear. Please be assured that the laws in India are sufficiently comprehensive to protect the fundamental rights of every individual, including the right to life, liberty, and dignity, through appropriate legal proceedings. Our legal system is designed to provide recourse and remedies for such violations. However, to have recourse to the law and for me to provide any precise advice, the specific problems and circumstances must be clearly identified. Your message details the profound emotional and mental distress you are suffering, but it does not contain the specific facts necessary to initiate a legal process. To assist you, I would need you to please specify: 1. Who is committing these acts of torture or violating your rights? 2. What are the specific actions being taken against you? 3. When and where have these incidents occurred? 4. Are there any witnesses to these incidents? 5. Have you attempted to report this to the police or any other authority? If so, what was the outcome? Legal action is based on specific facts and evidence. Once you can provide these concrete details, a clear course of action and the appropriate legal remedy can be determined.

You should immediately lodge a written complaint with the local police station under Sections 506/323/341 IPC or any other applicable provisions, describing the specific acts of threat or violence faced by you. If the police fail to take action, you can escalate the matter by filing an online complaint on the Delhi Police portal or approaching the Magistrate under Section 156(3) CrPC seeking directions for an FIR.
