Request for phone and email ID who issues legal notices at CCM

I have a case No.160/2018 at 44th Addl CMM Court, Nrupatunga Road, Bengaluru. I have had hired a local lawyer but his services are not good. Now I will be expecting a Notice for the case hearing. Therefore I need to write to the Registrar or somebody who issues Hearing Notices, to not to inform my lawyer as I am not availing his services in my case. Pl help me to give phone number and email of the person who does this work there.
1. Issue legal notice to your current lawyer to withdraw his vakalatnama.
2. You do not need to write to registrar on the same.
3. by parallel, inform your current lawyer that you appointed other lawyer to take over the case. You wont need NOC from him.

Its not like that. What you can do is find out the next date of hearing of your case and attend the Court on that day and tell the judge that you want to change your lawyer as he is not informing you progress of the case or is to you. You engage another lawyer for next hearing.

As per the next date of hearing you may appear in person before the Hon'ble Judge and request for change of Advocate. Accordingly you may seek time to represent your case through a proper advocate. However please note that you will have to give a proper justification to convince the court for change of Advocate.
