Sir my brothers wife has put an fir against me under 498a and now the vase is in court and proceedings are about to start next week.
So what time it will take to rwmove my name from the case.
You have an option to file a petition under section 482 of the criminal procedure code for quashing of the FIR against you before the High Court concerned. Do procure the copy of the FIR and seek legal advice from a lawyer
