Remedy for a false case of intimidation

One of the women is making a false case of intimidation against my brother and me. My name is only due to I am govt. Servant no relation with that women. I have not participated in that intimidation or even my brother also. How can I protect myself against such intimidation case? Can I take any against such false intimidation case?

Yes definitely there is a solution for this . we have to make a complaint petition to the Commissioner of Police as well as we have to send one of the copy of that complaint petition to the concerned police station nearby you

Dear querist, as per your query, you are stating that you and your brother are falling prey of the false case of intimidation, if such is the case then you too can make a complaint against the women in the Police station by making an NC so that in future it can be safe for you both.
