Can a person get a Regular bail after 180 days who is booked on Commercial Quantity under Section 24 NDPS.

there is bar under section 37 for grant of regular bail in ndps Act however bail under section 167(2) if the challan is not presented by investigation agency. In various cases high court has granted regular bail in commercial qty if its high by marginal difference.
