16-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
if a peraon complained in police station under crpc sec-409, 420 against 4 person and after that 2 persons are getting anticepetery bail and then after that 2 persons are getting arrested and out of that 1 person is getting bail in high court without any cash security. But after some days one who is in jail she has bail order in highcourt that she has give 2 cr of cash security. if all 3 are gerting bail without cash security how the judge will give order to that lady as giving that much of cash security. And the main reason is that the main accused is getting his bail without cash securtiy. If that lady does not deposi that amont in high court, then what will happend to her. whether she can applied in supreme court for further bail. if highcourt has given that type of order to that lady can it will be affered other 3 person who had get their bail in high court.

Bail is the discretion of the court and involvement and role played by each offender in the alleged offence. In your case as High Court has already granted conditional bail to the accused so unless she doesn't deposit the surety she will not be released unless Court modify it's own order. And you always have a option to pray before Supreme Court in a changed circumstances.
