regarding police verification in govt. job

my name is amit, currently i am selected in mp state department job, problem is that, during my graduation time i was living in sagar and after 2 years leaving of sagar my housmiad file false FIR of gangrape aginst me and my 2 frnds, but after trail in session court made us free without and accquisition due to lack of evidances. after that housmaid and his husband put this case in high court jabalpur currently case in CRA status in jabalpur high court. Will there be any problem during police verification at the time of joining....will i be able to join govt. job or not....is there any solution?

Whatever may be the result of mentioning this case, you should mention this case while filling up forms for your joining.

The offense you were charged with, is of moral turpitude. Yes, there may be problem in your joining. But, you should mention this case also in Police verification with it's judgment passed by the Session Court.
