my name is amit, currently i am selected in mp state department job, problem is that, during my graduation time i was living in sagar and after 2 years leaving of sagar my housmiad file false FIR of gangrape aginst me and my 2 frnds, but after trail in session court made us free without and accquisition due to lack of evidances.
after that housmaid and his husband put this case in high court jabalpur currently case in CRA status in jabalpur high court. Will there be any problem during police verification at the time of joining....will i be able to join govt. job or not....is there any solution?
