Regarding Pocso and how to pursue case after a gap of few years

I want to sue my abuser I was abused as a child I want to know what's the legal recourse I can take to sue my abuser and get him punished by law also the abuse is nearly 7 years old and I am an adult now how likely is he going to be convicted and after how long can I file a complaint in court is there any statute of limitations on time because as per news it was removed by maenka gandhi

It's good that you have now decided to raise your voice so that the abuser does not repeat his crime with someone else. You have stated that the incident is 7 years old but you have not specified your age. So I assume it to be 21.
Under the POCSO regime, an act of sexual abuse is deemed aggravated if it is committed by a person in a position of trust or authority with respect to the victim child, eg. a family member, police officer, teacher, or doctor.
Under Section 19 of the POCSO Act, 2012 there is no period of limitation mentioned with regards to reporting of the offences. Therefore, you can definitely file a case as there is no bar in any law (including Crpc).
Probability of conviction will depend on how you draft the Complaint/FIR and what evidence you have in your support.
Alternatively, your objective can be better understood through a tele meeting and consequently I can advice you better on your options.
