Regarding non delivery of service by institute

I need support regarding an incident of fraud and unethical behavior that I experienced with a training institute, I enrolled in a course offered by the institute and made a payment. However, after completing the payment, the institute failed to deliver the promised services within the specified timeframe.

S.Gunasekar Advocate Answer. I enrolled in a course at a training institute and made the payment, but they failed to provide the promised services within the agreed timeframe, which I believe amounts to fraud and unethical behavior. I need support regarding this issue.
