Dear Client, 1. You should immediately file a police complaint/FIR for harassment, criminal intimidation, abusive messages, and stalking under Sections 354D, 506, 509, and 294(b) IPC, and submit screenshots and call records as evidence; since he has a past history of assault, you can also request the police for a ** restraining order / protection** so he cannot contact or approach you. His refusal to accept the breakup has no legal value—your safety is the priority—and once you file a formal complaint, the police are bound to take action to stop his harassment. 2. Consult an advocate to discuss your case in brief. 3. You may schedule an appointment regarding your case by phone or email at your convenience. Thanks & regards, Priyanka Advocate Coimbatore

Stop all contact: Block him immediately on phone, text, and social media. Do not answer any calls or texts. * Document Everything: Save all abusive texts and record the dates/times of calls. This evidence is crucial. * Contact Police/Women's Helpline: Since there is a history of assault and current harassment/abuse, you must take legal action and seek official protection. | Resource | Action | |---|---| | Police | File a new complaint detailing the current harassment, mentioning the prior assault/CSIR complaint. Ask for legal protection/restraining order. | | Women's Helpline | Call 181 (or local equivalent). They offer confidential counseling, legal aid, and shelter referrals. | You do not have to accept him. You have the right to be safe. Please reach out to the authorities or a support line now.

Legal action can be taken against him. If you don't like it, it's best to stay away. The fact that he is mentally harassing you is a serious matter. You don't have to worry; steps will be taken to ensure he doesn't bother you anymore.
