Regarding 420 act Accused accept but refused to pay .

Accused kept the money earned by cheating in her daughter's bank accounts instead of herself . can I made FIR in her daughter name.

You want to file an FIR against the daughter you mean or for the daughter in this case against her guardian who has cheated. Please elaborate.

You can file against the person who has cheated you even if they don't have money in their own account.

You can file an FIR REGARDING act of deceiving or fraudulent activity that can made known to regional police station of regional jurisdiction.
And whatever amount you had claimed should be proved with evidence before the court of law.

Whether it has been proved about that person that he is accused or is involved in any case. 3.
