redacted FIR must be sent to the accused and his lawyer

I am filing case for sex on pretext of marriage. Want to check if I can request immediate FIR or police will do investigation first? Second, can I ask my FIR to be redacted and then sent to accused because he or his wife will reveal it out in open. He has a history harassing me. If yes, how can it be done?

hello ma'am as for the question raised by you go for an FIR but it will start from a complaint for the registration of FIR and Falls for text of marriage being fit the police will registered in FIR on your complaint please feel free to reach out to us for more detail discussion on this issue please call us thank you

you can file an immediate FIR against the accused . but before doing it you need to show the sufficient proof to the police so that they can do the FIR Immediately. you need to make a complaint first.
