Re: Sexting defamation -shared nudes. How to defend ?

My friend has sent nudes to one of the girl at Office. The girl asked to not send it anymore so he stopped. How should he defend himself if a girl damages his reputation by telling verbally to other people about this incident. Can we file a lawsuit against a girl on this ground.
you can file a defamation suit if the exchange of pics were consensual and out of a good terms then. You can also file complaint in cyber cell if she is showing your pics to some one through internet or social media.
