Re opening closed case by police reg.,

I am an Hindu woman. An FIR was registered against my late brothers wife & her son U/S 468 & 471 and case was pending investigation for more than 6 years. I also sent a petition to State Legal Services Authority. On opp. Party's wish to settle amicably, I withdrew both the cases on agreed terms that I would be settled early. The agreement was signed before the SLSA's ret.Judge. An initial amount was paid after the both the cases were withdrawn. Now more than 24 months passed neither I am settled nor conclusive reply is given for the same. Interestingly, the agreement does not mention any specific date to settle(no time limit). Both me & opp.party belong to different Districts. My query Can I give a fresh complaint in my jurisdiction for dishonesty & Cheating or approach the opp.party's limit to reopen the closed case or Dist.Magistrate Court to reopen the closed FIR case ? Please elaborate.
You cannot give a fresh complaint in your jurisdiction which is already closed. But ,We will reopen the case in the same court where u already have done the case . For further clarifications contact me directly.
