Rape and extracting consent by false promise of marriage

went to USA from 4th to 27th sept 2018, met a guy Milin and as compelled stayed as his apartment,came in contact through shaadi.com. what i can do about : cheating and forcing into sexual intercourse in the name of marriage (false promise of marriage) i am an indian in mumbai. He is on student visa in kansas, USA. INCIDENT: on Thursday, 6th sept 2018, he forced himself on me, i was a virgin, n he was aware about this and also about my one man woman principle and also that i come from strict, traditional,hindu,religious. When he tried to come in after my constant denial, i bleeded, screamed,tried to run away, but then he convinced he loves,we will get married and kept me away from any police complaint. I came back & eventually he went out of contact from all source..it was rape n he kept me away from complaining. Coming from strict family and values i gave in said yes to marriage.but now i know i have raped and fooled and was kept confined there.what can i do now when he's there ???
