Rape and blackmailing in order to obtain money on fake property

My mom was been raped 2 years ago and forced to make cheating by showing fake property and taking money in her hand. Later we(our family) paid the money but 2 months ago she was again raped and blackmailed for money,then she again cheated people with fake property details. Though we are filling a complaint against this but is there a chance we might get our money back? We don't have a single document which can stand as a proof against those who forced her to do these cheating.please help.
Yes ....we can proof the cheating balckmailing in that case ...for that we have to go deep in study ... without knowing detailed fact ....we can say anything about the case ... but we definitely go through proper way
