Questionable conduct of District judge jodhpur metro

Where can I lodge a complaint against a District Judge Jodhpur Metro who has given 5 adjournments to the accused, who are on bail, for framing the charges. Police filed Charge Sheet on 29th Sept 21. Why he cannot cancel the bail to force presence of all 5 accused for framing the charges and thus proceed with the case. The writer is 80 yr sick person who has to give his statement once the charges are framed. I live in London with uncertain health/life, Please take pity on me and Judge to proceed with the case, not granting adjournments on some excuse from the accused side. This looks as if Judge has a soft corner for the accused which is not fair in Judicial system. Please advise to whom I, Senior Citizen should approach for getting case moving during my life time. nCan I send email to Chief Justice of High Court in Jodhpur as he has provided his email id in internet. What is the right course of action.
