Normally while applying for the Bank jobs or IPS you will have to file En affidavit stating that you are not involved in any cases or there are no cases pending against you what you have to do is not state dependency of the case of the disposal of that case in your debit it is the duty of the bank to ensure that there are no cases against you if they find out there will be a departmental enquiry against you

there is no bar for you to write public exams simply because you are once accused of a criminal case . you accused of a offence you paid penalty. the case is closed. now if no criminal procedure is active against you. you can definitely get the job if you are selected
