Query Related To Govt Job of a past Problem

15-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hi there. I am going through a problem. In my early 11 I did a bad thing. I stole 70 rs from a neighbour shop. I got cought. But the uncle didn't do any case against me. Now I am 25 years old. I am preparing for wbcs. Will that offrecord offence affect my police verification? And can my neighbour affect my job prospect? Please do clarify on that.
