Query Regarding Caveat Against Bail Application In Ipc 308
30-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I have registered a criminal case of attempt of murder against my wife....can I apply caveat against her bail application in #district and sessions court#?
Dear Client,
There is no need to file caveat. If he files an application for anticipatory bail at Session Court or in High Court you will get an opportunity to oppose the same in the Court.
You should be in touch with the I.O. in the present case.
Also, You may file Caveat for the same.
You can also do one thing that time to time , you can find the petition or case filed by his name or By FIR Case with P.S name on online App which is available now for H.C or Civil Court too. ecourt services App and eg.delhihighcourt.gov.in.
You can contact for the same opposite in the court by discussing on FIR, and the case about or assigning the case to oppose .
Thanks
