Court me challan pay Kiya tha kyuki red light jump ka 5000 ka challan kata tha..fir waha se order mila...isme imprisonment wali line ka matlab samjhaye please kyuki court me sirf fine pay krne ko kaha gaya tha...ye imprisonment ka mujhe samajh nahi aaya. : A fine of Rs. 1000/- was imposed, payable online, with a default sentence of 7 days simple imprisonment. The online payment was received and updated in the system, leading to the disposal of the challan.

Aapke order mein jo “default sentence of 7 days simple imprisonment” likha hai, uska matlab yeh hota hai ki agar aap fine (jo ₹1000 court ne fix kiya tha) pay nahi karte, toh uske badle mein aapko 7 din ki simple imprisonment bhugatni padti. Ye ek legal safeguard hai taaki fine recover ho sake. Kyuki aapne apna challan online pay kar diya hai, imprisonment wali baat aapke case mein applicable nahi hogi. Court ke order mein dono cheez likhna zaroori hota hai – ek fine aur dusra uska “default sentence” (imprisonment), par wo imprisonment sirf tab lagu hoti hai jab fine deposit na kiya gaya ho. Isliye aapko chinta karne ki koi zarurat nahi hai. Aapka challan payment system mein update ho chuka hai aur case dispose off ho gaya hai.
