QUASHING OF FIR UNDER 498A AT BOMBAY HIGH COURT

Dear SIr, I had aplied before the Hon'ble High court for quashing of 498a FIR after mutual censect divirse wherein all allegations against each other were withdrawn by both the parties. Earlier stay was granted on the proceedings of the FIR. Noe new order is given for assigning the Division Bench. Liberty to mention granted. Kindly inform the meaning of "liberty to mention granted" inform regarding the further proceedings in the case please. Regards, Nitin

liberty to mention refers to approaching ylthe bench without turn i.e you are given the liberty to approach the bench on any date as and when you deem it fit for your cause. you can approach it when your documents etc are ready
