Quashing Of 498 A Case In Andhra Pradesh

Respect sir/madam, we went to andhra pradesh high court for quashing of 498 a case which is on myself and my parents but the judge has recommended to distract family welfare committe for counselling, this order we got on January 2018 and it was submitted in rayachoti court and judge also recommend same thing, but opposite party was not coming to family welfare committe. Almost 13 months over, now what I have to do, how I will quash the case...... Please suggest me.

Yes, you have to file a quashing under section 482 of CrPC and get a stay order and then it will be quashed. I will draft the petition if you share charge sheet and FIR and my friend in Hyderabad will attend the High Court and get it quashed.
