Quashing a private criminal complaint

25-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
1. A bogus private criminal complaint has been filed using section 156(3). It is essentially a testamentary matter which has been deliberately twisted into a criminal complaint. 2. The charge sheet has been submitted to the trial court. 3. Can this FIR be quashed u/s 482 CrPC even when charge sheet has been submitted and/or the charges have been framed as there is a lot of material to prove that it is a bogus FIR.
