Quash petition not reaching before the Telangana High Court bench

My brother's wife filed FIR under 498a, 506, scst atrocity in 2023 with false allegations. She is converted christian, we do not stay in same house too. We filed quash petition in 2024 and is not reaching bench from more than a year, paid full amount to advocate. Now trial started, so wanted to file urgency petition on quash but e-pay is not working properly to pay court fee on urgency petition. Need advice, cannot pay much.

If a quash petition has already been filed before the Hon'ble High Court in 2024, then an application/court slip for urgent listing may be filed to mention the matter before the appropriate Bench and seek early hearing.
