Punishment for the mistake of child by the name of father.

If supose any child commits a very big legal mistake by his fathers name but his fathet dosent know anything about but the child is only 14 years old and he commited that mistake bymistakely so who would be punished child or the father??

it is depend on the act he has done, if it is forbidden by law and vicariously liable for fine or punishment. father will be liable for so on. If you ask question Specifically, you will get specific answer.
