Process Of Indian Evidence Act U/s 76

Can I get certified copy of GD copy and fabricated medical certificate of assaulting, molestation of the complainant which were submitted to barrackpore court by police under Indian evidence act under section 76? Police still has not filed any report to court despite 6 months over. This is totally harassment by the complainant. Whom should I address to get these copies under this above said act?
you are only entitled to any copy of the case when the prosecution supplies you copy of those in which it would like to rely upon. it is after the police files chargesheet. nevertheless if it's a part of the fir complaint then you can apply through your advocate to obtain the certified copy of such document from the copying section.
