Process after filing of chargesheet without arrest

1.Can police arrest an acussed after filing of chargesheet?
2. Arrest stay till the filing of chargesheet under section 173(2) granted by high court in the same case.
Yes the police can now arrest. The accused should surrender and seek enlargement on bail. This will ensure peace of mind for all. The other option of challenging the chargesheet before the High court and seeking stay on trial

G nahin police will not arrest after filing chargesheet. but you have to get bail from court when you receive summons from court to appear till then you can wait . for more brief u may call me to discuss ur case in details.
