Procedure to withdraw complaint from NCW??

I had registered an online complaint on NCW, still under scrutiny. But i wish to withdraw it now as it has been sorted out mutually and i hv been adequately compensated. I do not wish further probe into this matter.
Draft a detailed letter to NCW with complete details of the entire issue, complaint and reason for compromise.
Send it though a registered post and retain the acknowledgment reciept. Wait for the reply from NCW.
If they haven't considered your letter and have proceeded with your earlier complaint.
Move the High court and quash the complaint based on the compromise

you can withdraw your complaint at any point of time after concern police take on file. No one will ask you why you withdraw complaint. unless otherwise your complaint is not related to social responsibility.
